My plan was to make a "Butternut Squash Lasagna" which, to get right to the story, kind of sucked. I think I didn't put enough sauce in it or something. But what I really want to share is the APPETIZER I made.
Proscuitto and brie on a baguette baked in the oven with some Village du Gourmet Brie topping. I used the cranberry and orange liqueur one and it was SOO GOOD.
As much as I love summer, I am really starting to look forward to the crummy weather because it just makes me want to cook!
